The preparation time for cooking of the frozen khinkali depends on the speed at which the water boils. For example, on a powerful induction stove it will take about 3 minutes; on a gas stove it may take 10 minutes or more. On average - 6 minutes.



Typically, one serving requires 3 khinkali.


Step 1 - Preparation

Boil the water. The water should completely cover the planned portion of the product.

Tip: Cover the pan with a lid to help the water boil faster.


Step 2 - Cooking

Salt the water.


Step 3

Stir immediately after immersion in water for 1 minute and cook for 10 minutes on power 3-4/6 with the lid on.


Step 4

Remove the finished product from the water.
