A Georgian dish from the mountainous regions of Pshavi, Mtiuleti and Khevsureti in Georgia, which has spread to other parts of the Caucasus and throughout the former USSR.
This product comes frozen with long shelf life (maximum 3 month), must be cooked before use. In average cooking time less than 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

Wrapper (Wheat Flour contains Gluten [Wheat Flour, Calcium, Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Drinking Water, Cooking Salt [Salt, Anti-caking Agent (Sodium Ferrocyanide)], Vinegar [Drinking Water, Malted Barley]).

COOKING INSTRUCTION
Boil water, leave the cooker on maximum power. The water should completely cover the planned portion of the product. Salt the water. Drop the frozen product into boiling salted water. Stir immediately after immersion in water for 1 minute and cook for 10 minutes on power 3-4/6 with the lid on. Remove the finished product from the water.

STORAGE
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
